Associate
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track tasks and milestones.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and deliverables.
Identify risks or issues and escalate them to senior project managers when required.
Support communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Help ensure projects follow defined processes and quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and academic projects may be considered).
Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
