Associate
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across the organization.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve IT-related issues and requirements.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, user accounts, and access records.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the Engineering Head for further action.
Escalate critical or unresolved technical issues through the defined reporting and escalation structure.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies, security measures, and standard operating procedures.
Reporting & Functional Structure:
The IT Officer will provide day-to-day IT support and administrative services to employees across all departments.
The role will coordinate with HR for employee-related IT requirements,
onboarding, offboarding, access management, and other administrative matters.
The IT function will operate under the Engineering Head, who will provide functional governance, technical direction, and oversight.
HR will facilitate coordination between departments and the IT function to ensure timely resolution of functional requirements.
The major escalations will be managed by the executive management where necessary.
